These shoes were Kirby's latest commission. For this pair, bespoke shoemaker Dominic Casey teamed up with famous west end maker Jim McCormack to make these pairs. Dominic Casey designed and cut the uppers while Jim McCormack did the making. Jim is widely-regarded as one of the best "west end" bespoke shoemakers, which is the style of making used by London-based bespoke shoemaking firms. This is Kirby's fifth pair of bespoke shoes from Dominic Casey. Kirby chose the black pigskin because of the visual texture the materials offer. A great alternative to standard black calfskin, which Kirby already owns, pigskin offers additional visual texture that makes these shoes truly unique.
